We're new to it, just moved to a new province

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
70, but weee adding more tomorrow, and 13 are hatching as we speak. In the incubator.

(3) What breeds do you have?
Barred rock and Rhode Island red

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? The eggs and chickens are great company

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Farming, teaching

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

    With up to 250+ new members to our super community every day we decided to add a section just for new member introductions!

    So, for all you new members (or old members that never introduced yourselves) please take a quick moment to tell us a bit about yourselves and your flock!

    You may want to "subscribe" to the new topic / thread after you post so you can receive email notifications when someone replies to your introduction.

    Here is a sample template you can copy and paste into your post to help the introduction juices flow:
