Hi from Missouri! I have 5 chickens that I brought with me from Texas 3 years ago. They are a delight! I had a question about their eggs. I normally bring them home , wash them and refridgerate them immediately. I have heard they do not have to be refridgerated right away. How long will they stay fresh in or out of the fridge? Thanks in advance and I am so happy to join your group! Terri

from Ohio. I decided I wasn't going to worry about refridgerating eggs right away. My grandma use to leave the eggs in a bowl on the counter for days and she never had any problems.
