My Plan is to build what im going to call CoopDeVille, this will be my little town for my chickens and roosters..

Im going to start out with a 6ft height 4ft wide by 16ft long Town Hall , Im hopeing this will be enough for what i have ordered .. Im diffently going to insulate it , hopeing to get eggs year round. I have 9 acers of land so i will have a huge run built for the entire town, that will be fenced in from top to sides with wire burried 1ft underground. Any suggestions will be gr8 full..

I don't know how many chickens you're planning but the recommendation is 4 square feet of floor space per bird. With this info you can decide if your plans are okay or need altering.
