My name is Terry Thompson. I live in Byers Colorado and have been raising game birds for almost 8 years. Last year a snow storm took my netting down and I haven't replaced it yet (cost!!), so no birds now. I do have peacocks, and ducks. I want to get chickens for eggs this year but not sure what kind so I wil be reading lots of posts.

Sorry to hear about your reason for not having your game birds.
My faves are my Rhode Island Reds & Buff Orpingtons; and the brown eggs are great!

[IMG] Sorry about your gamebirds. Good luck deciding what kind of chickens. There are so many, and if you're like me you're going to want one of each, lol.
