I grew up in southeast Oklahoma helping my Grandaddy with his commercial chicken houses. If you ate Tyson's chicken during the 80's or 90's, I might have raised it. Anyway, I'm in my mid-thirties and I've gotten into chickens as a hobby with a meat an eggs by product. I have Buff Orpingtons, Dominiques, a couple of American Games, and I want some Black Copper Marans. I'm also considering an addition of Blue Orpingtons and possibly a few Aseels. I joined BYC because I had a few mysteriously die on me and this site helped me diagnose and treat the coccidiosis they had. Thanks for your help folks!
