Hey everybody!!!
I new to raising chickens! I been reading everything about chickens for a while on Backyardchickens.com now!

And thought to myself I should become a member on byc! So,
I got the courage and made A account! I hopping I can learn
more from y'all about chickens! I will take any adviceI can fine! And feel free to ask me any questions about chickens! At the present time I'm raising a flock of 20 hens! I did have a rooster,
but he found a new home.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. A lot of us were lurkers before joining. Your flock sounds very similar to ours. We have 25 hens and no roosters and we get loads of eggs without all the agression, fighting, non-productive mouths to feed, crowing in the middle of the night, over-breeding and battering of hens that goes along with having roosters (especially too many). Our hens are stress free and enjoying life without any roosters around. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. What kind of hens do you have?

These are my chicken breeds I have! 2 Buff Orpington, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Speckled Sussexs,
1 Buff Brahma,1 Hamburg,1 Buff laced Polish, 1 Golden Laced Wyandotte, 1 Slivered Laced Wyandotte, 2 black Jerseys Giant... I forgot the rest
of my chicken breeds! LOL
I'll do a later post and put some pictures up of my chickens!!
