Hi everyone!
I'm a new chicken mom, well my husband is too, as of April of this year! We have 1 broiler (who will not be food but rather a pet) named "Lolley", 3 Mahogany Rhode Island Reds: "Titan (rooster), "Lucy" & "Ruby", who are almost 4 months old & 3 Partridge Plymouth Rocks: "Sunshine", "Strawberry" & "Pop-Tart", who we were told were 3 months old when we got them but are much smaller then the RIR. So we have no idea how old they really are. But we love them all so much!! The broiler & the RIR's are currently outside in our "temporary coop". We are in the process of building a much bigger & better coop that we are super excited about! They Plymouth Rocks are inside currently. I am absolutely loving this site & can't wait to meet other chicken lovers & learn so much more about chick life!!
