Welcome to BYC. I'm glad you decided to join our flock. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about Guineas (never had any), but I would definitely suggest posting this on our Guinea section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/45/guinea-fowl, and taking advantage of our Guinea experts there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your Guineas.

  4. I don't know if Guineas are ever really happy, all mine seem to always have a chip on their shoulder and complain non-stop... :)

How long have you had the guineas? I do know they are very loud and alarm about everything. Maybe it is just their nature. Do they have a good coop to retreat to if the weather isn't to their liking?
