Hey I was just at the omlet website and look what's there - a new product called the GO.

    http://www.omlet.co.uk/products_services/products_services.php?view=Go

    Anyone
see this yet? I think it might be brand new. It's not on the US website yet. It's about a third cheaper than the cube by the UK pound prices.....wonder when/if it will hit the US?

Just thought it was interesting. I have an eglu and love it.

Looks like it would be good for a small backyard without worry of predators.

It has some nice new features. I like the side run door. However, it doesn't have the classic Eglu charm in my opinion. And is seems to only come in yellow. I'll have to read up on it more.

Cute! Looks like it's a mid-size between the original Eglu and the Cube.

My understanding is that it is even smaller than a regular Eglu.

The website said the Go was for up to 4 hens, and I was thinking the original was for only 2 hens. But the site also says the original is for 2-4 standards, so perhaps the Go is just a new design with the same amount of space? More headroom? I don't know. It looks a little bigger to me, but it's hard to tell from the pics.

I also noticed that Eglu now has bee boxes, which I thought was funny: http://www.omlet.co.uk/products_services/products_services.php?view=Bees

Seems so small, no area to run & flap wings. ??
Maybe that's just me. Is it temporary housing or permanent?
    No offense meant, just wondering.
