New pasta recipe

    I know it's too late to put this recipe in the cookbook, but I wanted to share it anyway. I made it for the first time today and really like it.

    3 Bean & Veggie Pasta Salad

    Combine in a large bowl:
    8 oz pasta ( I used some spiral that I had) cooked, drained and rinsed with cool water.
    1 can cut green beans...drained
    1 can cut wax beans...drained
    1 can dark red kidney beans...rinsed and drained
    1 6 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts...cut up & undrained
    1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    1 small onion sliced
    salt & pepper to taste

    Mix together:
    3/4 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup salad oil
    2/3 cup sugar


    Pour over pasta and beans. Refridgerate for at least a couple of hours.

    ETA: As I was eating some for supper I realized I had left the black olives off the recipe!
