HI I have a pea chick hatched by a barred rock hen about 3-4 weeks ago. The hens are a blu 3-4 years and a purple 2 years in the pen with a older blue male and a younger purple male. Can anyone tell me is it purple? I think it is and female but I am just guessing. As I posted the pictures the top two are the older pics and the bottom two are a week old.
