Just to get an early start, Congrats on the people who won and everyone who did their best!! Also, I need to check the eggs and make sure the broody hen didn't take them and put them all under her

My broody hen finally left the nest today chasing down escapees that were running around the pen. Soooo, I put the nest down on the ground and they all ran out with her in tow.. Took all the hay from the nest and put it down on the ground under the nesting box.. Noo, not good enough.. she dug a nice hole and laid down in it.. babies are snuggy between her and the earth. The rest of the eggs have been candled and stuck in appropriate incubators.
