New roo has black spots on comb

We just got this rooster today and he has black spots on his comb. Is this ok? There were 12 Roos together and he is pretty picked on. Could it be from being pecked it is something serious?

I agree. You can either let the scabs fall off naturally or remove them gently with warm water and then put a little iodine or other antiseptic on them. Either way, its nothing to worry about.
