    Just 4 fun New Egg

Just starting my chicken obsession with a rooster, 5 sexlinks, 4 chicks, and a mallard duck! Why the duck you ask??? Why not I said!! thought it would be fun and it has been. Love to watch the chickens when I come out to move the chicken tractor and how eager they are to get started at pecking the new location. I have 2 young girls and they love to find bugs and worms to feed the chickens. So far its been fun, but can't wait until they start laying eggs. We do enjoy eating farm fresh eggs they just can't be beat!! Well hope to start some new friends and learn a lot about raising chickens.
