New Silkie - age?

Hi everyone! I have 3 silkie chicks right now. Two I got a few weeks ago, they’re just about 5 weeks old. Last week I picked up another one that Was supposedly 4.5 weeks old also. It’s WAY smaller than my other two. I was hoping to figure out if it’s just tiny, or much younger. I’m new to chickens and I want to give it the care it needs based on its age! Thanks!

Looking at difference in size and feathering out, I would say the new silkie is probably only somewhere between 2-3 weeks old.
