New Silkie Chick that Sneezes

I just bought some silkie chicks on sunday (March 25) and one of them started sneezing. She eats, drinks, and walks around fine. However, she's started sneezing a lot with some discharge in her nose. What should I do?

I was told to let their own immune system fight the cold but to add more protein like scrambled eggs. Also to put apple cider vinegar in their water. 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. It took probably 4 day but they are better now. I also handled them less during that time just to let them rest.
