New silkie chick with misaligned 1st digit

I am new to chickens and have 4 silkie chicks (2 white, 2 black) hatched 2/18 from a local hatchery. Last night I noticed one of my white silkies has its outer (feathered) toe under its others. I have taped it hoping to correct it. Additionally my other white silkie has its extra (5th little toe) toe crossing over it's long toes. It does not look like her 1st digit touches the ground at all. I tried to see if they could be aligned and taped but it seems really fused there. What ideas do you have? Can she manage?

I have a Silkie cross with totally crazy toes and she gets around just fine. I'd not worry about that.
