I just had to share this with all my hatching buddies. I went today to look at some other chickens and the people had 5 grown silkies they wanted to just get rid of. I took them, NOW for the eggciting part. 2 of the hens (there is 1 roo and 4 hens) are both sitting on their own clutches of eggs one has 8 and one has 9 or 10, she wouldnt let me count them all. We traveled 2 hours for all of these chickens and the two that are on eggs are still on them
I thought the move would change their little minds but it hasnt. So now I have silkies due on the 28 or 29 of September and 11 or 12 of October.
