Hi I am new to raising chickens. It began with hatching some eggs a friend gave me and have now found myself in love with these little silkies who are now about 3 months old. We have not figured out who is a girl or boy yet except for one that has started crowing. We live in a neighborhood and are unable to keep a rooster so we are trying to rehome him however I will be sad to let the little guy go. They have quickly grown on all of us.
