Hello! My name is Linda. My children and I are excited to say we are starting our chicken coop adventure in early April through a local 4H groups. We are picking up our eggs for incubation at the beginning of April. I have a lot of questions that I'm sure this page can answer for me.

Welcome to BYC from the California wine country in the Western Sierra Foothills!

My name is also Linda, and once all things chicken were new to me, too! I shudder to think how my flock would have faired had I not discovered BYC.

Don't be surprised when you fall in love with each individual chicken. :love
