New to chickens

Hello all, we have 3 laying birds as of now 2 SLW and a cream legbar. Last week the legbar just stopped laying eggs. Nothing new in the coop, no new chickens added but I did switch their food from grower to layer pellets. Is it kinda normal for randomness of not laying eggs for a week or did the change in food make her mad 🤣🤣

Chickens hate change. She may have reduced her feed consumption which would impact egg production. When changing feeds it is best to do so by adding increasing amounts of the new feed to their usual feed.

😕. I did split it 50/50 in hopes that when that was gone I could just go straight layer feed. Maybe she’ll get use to it and start back up. Thanks for help. My daughters thought she was broken and were upset 🤣
