New to Easter Eggers so is this Bird a Cockerel?

    I've been reading up about Easter Eggers and with the black feathering on this bird's breast, I am wondering if I have a cockerel. What do you guys think.....feathering tells me pullet but I honestly don't know.... it is 17 weeks old. Sorry that the pictures are a bit fuzzy
