New to keeping chickens

We got our 4 hens a couple of days ago and they have settled well. We have Brier Rose (Rhode Rock), Belle (Sussex), Snow White (Leghorn x Araucana) and Red Cap (Sussex Rock).

and congrats on your new addiction..Now you have to make sure, in a year, you post how many chickens you have then!!

Yes, that' s a good start, but you need more chickens. Or at least, I always think I need more chickens.

I recently got chickens too. I got an Australorp and a white leghorn about a month ago and today i got two silkies.

i am new to chickens as well...i started with 8 chickens and im pretty sure 4 are roosters!....i want as least 5 or 6 chickens
to keep each other warm in the winter!
