New to raising Chickens

Hello everyone. I'm chasey, I live in South Australia and I just recently got two cute little baby chickens hatched earlier this month. Technically they belong to my workplace, which is a childcare, but I take sole care of them.
I also have two older chickens at my work, they are 6ish year old Rhode Island Reds.

Got any tips for a newbie on introducing chicks to two bossy older chickens?? :)
