new to Seramas.getting hatching eggs too

I have a pair of Seramas.(I think) age 3weeks.

And getting a dozen hatching eggs... Do you do anything special with these tiny eggs?km

I believe, being so small, that they hatch a little earlier than other chickens do, day 19 maybe? I've done one batch and I can't remember.

Mine generally hatch around day 20. I don't do anything super special until they hatch. Gotta grind up chick crumbles for them and use a waterer with a quail base. They are too small to eat regular chick food and might drown in a regular water base

should I bring up the humidity earlier and stop the turner earlier? I'm on day 14 NOW.

Not until day 18. I don't do anything any different. Just be advised sometimes they hatch at day 20. But the rest is the same as for any breed.

well only one of the 4 eggs were fertile but it hatched. I have her / him with a sebright chick as company .
I'm picking up a dozen hatching eggs this coming weekend.

Really hoping for a pullet to go with Smidge and Smudge. My plans are for a couple of trios. The breeder I got the free trial eggs (4) from said her breeders are laying very well now and she had 100% fertility at the last test .

this batch I have 9 out of 14 viable and should hatch Friday /Sat...
5 were clear. Is mating difficult with Seramas?
