new to showing question on classification of polish chickens

    I have a gold laced polish cockerel (6month old) that I would like to show later thins month. But I don't know if he is bantam or standard. I bought him as a day old bantam, but he seems big? I will try to post photos later, im at work right now. Is weight the only way to tell the difference?

    Most bantams are about a foot tall..(or less)....mature Large fowl Polish will be about 2 feet tall...or more...hope this helps....
