New to Silkies...is this a Partridge roo?

Hi-

I am new to silkies, and this is a roo that I am thinking of getting rid of. Is he partridge, and is he (in your opinion) worth selling? (vs. giving to a friend)
He has what appear to be "good toes".

Just looking for thoughts or opinions. Thanks!
