Hi, My name is Audri. I am buying a few baby chicks this weekend to give to my boys for Easter. We are completely new to this whole chicken thing so wish us good luck!

Have fun with those chicks! Soon they'll be grown and either crowing or laying eggs. Welcome!

Out to pasture
Do you intend to keep the chicks after Easter? If so head for the Learning Center above, and then over to "Raising Backyard Chickens," forum. From there you can open a side tab for Raising chicks.

If you need help just holler- greeters are usually active here day and night. Hmm, I never even got a stuffed chick for Easter
