I'm new, looking to start out and I'm looking for the ordinance in my area for byc. I'm in Elmhurst , pa. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it.

Well I contacted my township and I'm waiting to hear back from them, they said Monday. So on my way to the store yesterday, I was going down my road and low and behold I almost ran over a chicken. ( I wasn't really close to it). I almost crapped my pant and yelled holy crap, a chicken. I think it was a sign, a very good sign.
