New to the world of backyard chickens!

Hello!

My name is Kirstin. I am 31 and a mother to 3 beautiful children. I live in Ontario, Canada. My husband and I have recently purchased 16 fertile eggs and borrowed an incubator. Today is day 21. We have had 6 healthy chicks successfully hatch. 3 we removed early on because they were obviously not developing. We had 3 die while hatching We have 4 left in the bator. In all my researching I have been brought to this page a lot. I think it's important that we have a community to bounce questions off of! Thank you if you took the time to read this!
