Hey My name is Will and I raise Guineas. I have the pied and whites. Does anyone know exactly how long it takes the chick to get out of the egg when it starts hatching?

[IMG] There isn't an exact time for hatching from start to finish. It depends on the circumstances - for instance a Big chick in a small egg, etc. It is exhausting for babies to pip, zip and then try to lift the top off the shell. Some need a lot of rest periods others may not.
