New welsh member

Hi everyone , I’m martyn and live in Newport South Wales . I used to breed Japanese quail years ago but gave it all up . 18 years later and with a teenage son who no longer wanted to keep his budgies in his bedroom due to early morning awakenings they were left for me to look after .
I didn’t like them being in a cage so I ended up building an aviary and adding to the flock , with the budgies came Chinese painted quail and so my quail obsession has started once more .
After all those years I have lost contact with people local that also bred quail so I’m wondering if there’s anyone on here that’s local to me that also keep budgie and/or quail ?
