    Hello all,

    1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
    My first chickens- they should lay eggs before winter.
    (2) How many chickens do you have right now?
    1 rooster and 5 hens
    (3) What breeds do you have?
    Primarily Rhode Island Reds but some mixed breeding.
    (4) How did you find out about
    (5) What are some of your other hobbies?
    Organic Gardening, Spiritual Exploration, Reading Science Fiction, Making Doll Clothes, Making Herbal Preparations, Cooking with fresh ingredients, Vegetarianism, Hamni Buddhist healing Techniques and many other spiritual practices
    (6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Married, one grown son, nearing retirement so I can "dig into" my real career! 58 years old and taking no medications and having no known health problems.
