Yesterday I picked up two wheaten/ blue wheaten amerucana pullets from peachick from BYC. She was very very nice and her birds are beautiful and very well cared for. The two new hens are in quarantine in a dog crate with a dog run atached don't worry they have more room then in the picture. They also get the dog crate moved inside the shed at night. They seem to be settling abit. It was nasty today and we got about 10in of rain last night so everyone was alittle grumpy [IMG]

The garden has made alot of progress since my last post and we will be putting new things in soon.

What beautiful chickens, can I have them?
I think you're garden is going to work out nicely. It looks like a square foot garden, and I think you did the right thing and not raise it up more than that, dries out faster. You have me contemplating a garden.....

No you can't sorry I like the flock the way it is now thanks for saying they were pretty though. The Garden seems to work great and definatly not to dry we have blue berries rasberries and strawberries also. It has worked for the past 4 years my mom is a really great gardener. All I need now is two mini nigerain goats and I will be A very happy man.
