Just saying hi to everyone, I was directed to the site by a friend/coworker of mine that has been raising meat birds and layers for quite a few years. We do not have any chickens yet, I just completed my brooder box, and will start on the coop next. My Wife decided that after all of these years of eating quality eggs from ours friends that she wants to raise our own layers. I will keep you updated once we have our new chicks, I thank you for all the great advice I've read and the ideas I've seen on this site.
