I have recently acquired 6 Wyandottes (4 blue and 2 splash) and 12 Americaunas that have a few Arucanas. The oldest is 15 weeks approx. I'm probably mis-spelling the breed names. Right now the are in a large dog kennel with a raised pallet that is covered because the roof of the dog kennel leaks. Eventually, I am going to buy a building and turn it into a coop with a very large run.

I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of "newbie" questions.

Thanks,
Carla

Welcome to BYC - I'm so glad you've joined us.
You may want to spend some time browsing the "coops" section to get some ideas for the coop you're going to be needing to house your flock sooner rather than later.
