Okay, We added the roofing tar paper to the walls and added the shakes. We cut all the shakes from pallets we got for free. Very time consuming, but I am happy with the effect and not to mention the money not spent! All that is left is a roosting area and more landscaping. Excuse the mess around the coop, I was too pooped to clean up after all the shake cutting and nailing...we'll let DH do that when he gets home from work!
