    Hi everyone!

My name is Michelle... about 2 months ago we just got 2 chicks from a friend. So I'm new to raising chicks... hoping I can make some friends and learn alot here. I believe my chicks are Plymouth Barred Rocks...

Just posted in the "Managing your flock" thread as I think my 2 chicks are now roosters!! What are the odds?? or do I just have bad luck? Hoping some of you can shed some light on my issue.

Looking forward to meeting some new friends!

    Michelle

My son and one of the Roo's...

How old are your Barred rock chicks? Are they light or dark in color? Light would be more of a grey and dark being more black showing through.

[IMG] good luck, now that you are in the chicken way, even if they are Roos, it is easy to come across a hen somewhere.
