Just bought myself 6 chickens for the first time. = ) 4 red pullets and 2 assorted bantams. I'm excited. And I just found out one of my bantams is a Gold Sebright (hence the profile picture). I'm here to learn as much as I can and meet other chicken enthusiasts..lol.

    Hello and :welcome
I hope you have many rewarding experiences raising your chickens, don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have, and enjoy the site! :D Are your red pullets sex links? Fantastic layers!

Thank you everyone! ^_^ We are thoroughly enjoying the chicks so far. Someone said my red pullets did look like red sex links. The two in the pic are the two bantams I picked out. The gold one has been ID'd as a Gold Sebright. Not sure what the dark one is. I have more pics in a breed thread, but I need to get better lighted ones. I definitely am full of questions! I feel like a toddler exploring & learning the world for the first time..lol.
