Newbie... home stretch questions

Now I feel silly... but here goes!

If I set the eggs on March 14th & today is the 30th, am I on day16 or 17?? See... told you it was silly!

I have 2 LG incubators -- 1 still air & 1 with a fan. Which would be better to hatch the eggs in?

I'm planning on using the egg carton method. Is paper preferred over foam?

Any special hints or tips would be great! I'm getting a little nervous & a LOT excited!
