It seems as if your flock will be expanding expeditiously. I am planning to do a breeding project with olive eggers. A Black Copper Maran (Dark brown egg gene) x Easter Egger (blue and green egg gene). Are you in San Diego California though?

Welcome to BYC, and best of luck integrating your various birds. I think it will be one of those cases where you'll just have to do a lot of watching and evaluation before deciding if it is going to work. If you've bought your chickens as babies, the sooner you introduce them to the other birds, the better. As far as Tipuana trees go, I have never heard of them being poisonous to birds or any other animal life, including humans. You might want to do a bit of research, though. I hope you enjoy the website and your new chickens.
