Newbie needs some help please

I have read alot of your posts and I am a little confused.
Here is what I have a still air 9200 with egg turner.
It says to fill the water fills turn on and regulate temps.
Ok, I am really confused on the humidity thing. I need to get this straight as I have eggs coming next week.
I don't have anything that measures humidity, where do I get one?
Also do I keep the water always full all the way thru hatch? or?
Help I'm confused. I need a starter list 101 for egg hatching! urgh!
I am excited but nervous and a wee bit confused how to do this.
anyone have a handy 101 to do and not to do list from begginging to end?

hygrometers are availible at any hardware stor eor walmart. Please buy the one with the probe. Try to get an accurite. Get 2 or 3 that way you can see how much they are off by

I found mine in the hardware department. sometimes they keep them nezxt to the outdoor thermometers

I have another question. Is there a way to get notification of when someones replys to your posts?
I get kinda lost in all these posts.

40% for humidity from day 1-18

day 18-21 jump it up to about 60-70%

if your using still air temp should be 101F
forced air it should be 95.5-100F

Incubators without fan...101 to 102 (still air)

Humidity range first 18 days 40 to 50%
Humidity range last 3 days when you stop your turning 60 to 70% .....
