I've been lurking on the site for a while now. Also been working on my coop. Never raised chickens before and didn't know where to start when it came to building a coop. So I had a pile of questions, which were all answered here on the BackYarkChickens Forum...........Thanks! I have yet to build the "human" door into the pen, but otherwise the coop is pretty much finished. (I want to spray it with a stain like is used on fences.)

Hi From Central Massachusets. I'm a newbie too. This place is great! As is your coop. Your chickens ought to be happy there! We're converting a two story wooden playhouse that my boys have outgrown for our 27 chicks. It's a fun process. C Ya, Donna
