Newbie to Incubating

I have a still air incubator that I set 12 mixed breed eggs in on May 13th. Temp has been between 99 and 101. Humidity has been between 27 and 34 percent. I turn and rotate the eggs three times a day by hand. Does it sound like I'm doing okay or is there something else I need to be doing?

In a still air you want your temp to be at 101* at the top of your eggs.

Do you think it has damaged the eggs by not being this warm? They have never been under 99.
