1 maybe a cochin bantam
4 maybe an old english game bantam
Thank you.. Any others.. :0)
I'm not sure, but gosh they are so darn cute!! Especially chick #6
oh, and i believe #2 is also a cochin judgin by those feathered feet.
Where did you order your assortment from? One thing that I do when I order an assortment is go to the hatchery's website and compare the pics of the chicks they carry to the chicks I received. I can usually narrow the breeds down pretty quickly that way. If they don't have pics of the chicks, I'll look at the list of breed they carry and go to another hatchery's website to do the comparison. It would be easier for us to advise you on possible breeds if we had good broad side pics (showing stance, legs (color and whether or not feathered) and overall color) and straight on head pics (so we can see the comb). Chicks are sooo cute no matter what angle the pics are taken from though.
I tried comparing but I keep second guessing myself. I think I have alot of Old English in the batch.. They are cute.. Thank you.
I have no idea, sorry, I'm very new to the chicken world... Number 6 & 8 are sooo cute
Its easy to think you have a bunch of old english because they come in such an array of colors. Where did you order from?
Ideal Poultry.. Some are staying quite a bit smaller..
