Brand new to chickens! We received our chicks from Cackle Hatchery late June 2018.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
8 hens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Bantam Easter Eggers.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Always the top search result of anything I researched before and after getting chickens.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Sewing, quilting, gardening, cooking, baking.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Family of four with two dachshunds and 8 hens. I am a graphic/web designer and work from home. Our family loves and breathes DIY. My husband and I built our coop+run on our own this summer and BYC was such an amazing resource for ideas
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Researching general chicken information / since May 2018 / Pretty sure one of our girls has a sour crop and realized I should finally make an account and make it official.
