Hello

I am SO new to chickens, and to this site. My husband and I are currently in the planning and starting stage of building our first coop

He is deploying soon, and I'm excited to be more self-sufficient for me and my kiddos. Its going to be great for our little family

Currently, we have a bunny, two kitties, and this will be my second year on a good sized garden! We live in city limits, so despite my great earning to be out in the country, I have to be sneaky with our current hobbies

Anyways going to cruise the forums, and get some feedback/input/wisdom for our first year with chickens!

from southern Indiana! There is loads of information on here and in case you havent found it yet, there is a whole section dedicated to coop designs at the top of the page. That will give you all kinds of ideas. And nobody said it yet but build bigger than you need now. This chicken stuff is addicting!
