Hi Michael. I'm a newbie too. This is an amazing site....it's like the chicken keeping Library of Congress! I have a lot to learn. Some days I didn't think I would make it through the coop design and building phase....what a mind blowing experience. But I finally figured out, as folks said, some of this stuff you just have to learn by doing. Welcome.
