hello all, newbie here. We just started breaking ground for our chicken coop. No chicks yet, want to make sure their home is ready first. I’ll admit, I’m chomping at the bit to get those adorable babies!!

Yes, our tractor supply already has a bunch. I am planning on getting 6-8 chicks. Just want to be ready first.

I do hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.
