Hey everyone, Im new to owning/raising chickens and new to the site, so I thought Id make an introduction! Im a 27yr old mommy of 4 boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 8 14wk old chickens. My husband got me the chicks for Mothers Day. I had some trouble figuring out what a couple of my chicks were and already posted to the "What Breed or Gender" forum, and thanks to the help I recieved there I now know that I have 2 EE, 2NH Reds, 2 Dominiques, 1 Barred PR and a NH Red cockerel (which was supposed to be a female). Im very excited about learning as much as I can from all the old timers out there, I know I'll need all the help I can get!
